Prime Social Group Announces Dates for Four Editions of 2019 Breakaway Music Festival Series
Today, Prime Social Group announced their dates and locations for 2019’s four editions of their flagship event, Breakaway Music Festival.
Breakaway is Prime's signature multi-city event and has seen mass success through its expansion across the country. Last year, Nashville - also known as “Music City USA” - became the festival’s newest home and will host its second edition of the festival this year. Breakaway will also be returning to Columbus, Ohio; Grand Rapids, Michigan; and Charlotte, North Carolina. Collectively, the Breakaway series hosted 65,000 attendees last year.
The first Breakaways kicking off the stream of events will be taking place in Columbus and Grand Rapids both on August 23rd + 24th at MAPFRE Stadium and Belknap Park respectively. Trailing close behind, Breakaway Charlotte will take place on October 4th and 5th at AvidXchange Music Factory Festival Grounds. Finally, Breakaway Nashville will be taking place on October 11th + 12th at its new home of Fair Park at the Nashville Fairgrounds.
Pre-registration for tickets is available today at BreakawayFestival.com. Those who sign up will have access to tickets 24-hours ahead of the general public. Tickets go on sale to the general public on Wednesday, February 6th, at 1pm EST.
Each edition of Breakaway promises lineups filled with multi-genre talents that embody the sounds of today. Ticket holders are able to catch acts ranging from hip-hop artists, to international DJs, to chart smashing pop stars, and beyond. Past lineups have included Atlanta trap trio Migos, electronic live act duo Odesza, Chicago’s own EDM sensation Kaskade, cult favorite rapper Wiz Khalifa, award winning singer-songwriter Khalid, critically acclaimed Houston-born rapper Travis Scott, electro-house Grammy award winner Zedd, and many more.
